Someday...

Someday I'm really going to post with pictures and all but it seems the only time I ever have to blog is when I am at work, and then I dont have my camera. :)
This weekend coming up (valentines weekend) is going to be my first day off of work and school in like the last 10 days.. it feels like 50? BUT>>>>> It's going to be such a great weekend because we are going up to Payson and we'll be able to see my new little neice Emery whom I haven't seen yet (she was born Jan. 14th..I know i'm a bad aunt..) :( But with work and school this is seriously the only time i've been able to leave St. George. On top of seeing my beautiful neice, my adorable nephew, and my family and friends, we get to go pick up SIR CHUBBS (see post below if you don't know who he is) and we seriously cannot wait! I would promise that there will be pictures posted but let's be honest....it may not be for a few weeks. haha. It will be nice to be away with Jeremy and family and maybe even go out on a date for Valentines day!! :)
ALSO..............Jeremy and I just celebrated our 2 YEAR anniversary 4 days ago. It was absolutely wonderful. We took the day off together went to a matinee (just like our first date) and had a candle light dinner (roast and potatoes) awwww ;) . We even ate our top tier of our wedding cake (haha funny story..we totally forgot about it on our 1 year anniversary) it didn't taste too bad, except the fondont frosting of course..yuck. All in all it was perfect and I just keep falling more and more in love with Jeremy every day.. :)

P.S. Superbowl is tomorrow......GO COLTS!!!! :)

Our New Friend..Welcome to the fam!

So we have survived the first 3 weeks of school...and to be honest i've actually enjoyed going to school during the day and not working all day and going to school at night! I work part-time now which just feels so great not to have to work all the time on top of school. BUT......clinicals start this coming up Thursday and then all relaxation and free time is gone and I will officially not have a life! I had my first couple of tests this week and I ended up doing really well on them...which makes me feel pretty good about school right now! Jeremy is doing awesome in school so far of course...I am so extremely lucky to have such a supportive husband who understands me, loves me for who I am, and encourages me to accomplish all of my goals! It definately makes life alot easier to have someone to cheer you on along the way!

Our 2 year anniversary is coming up and we both got each other a pretty great present! :) Since we're in school and we want to wait until i'm done to have kids we got the next best thing!!!------------A BABY ENGLISH BULLDOG!! I was going to wait to post of pictures because he is still so little and has to stay with his mom until Valentines day. But I just couldn't help myself. So remember in these pics he looks a baby pig a little bit because he hasn't gotten his wrinkles and his nose is still pink. His name is Sir Chubbs but we'll call him Chubbs for short. :) We love him already and can't wait until he comes into our home.....Maybe this will help me not be so baby hungry! haha

Christmas Vacation and ringin' in the New Year!!!

Hello all!! Yeah it has been quite a while since I have blogged...my apologies!! Our christmas vacation was absolutely wonderful! We were able to make it up to Utah county for a week and a half. The first part was nice...we spent it with Jeremy's family and it was so nice to see our nephews Korbin and Nate. We were able to make it up to temple square with our best friends Bryan and Julianna and Josh and Kenzie. I always love going there and the lights were so BEAUTIFUL! I will post pictures I swear...speaking of pictures Jeremy got me a new digital camera for Christmas and I LOVE it! It takes the best pictures!! I also got two new really cute pairs of boots. So plan on lots of fun pictures coming up! Jeremy got a GPS and a little helicopter you can fly around..We definately spoiled each other this year but mostly it was great to be with family and friends! This year we got to wake up at my parents house with them on Christmas morning and see Kade (my little bro.) open his presents. Then we had our usual christmas morning breakfast and Jake and Tonya and Luke and Zack and Nicole came over....I loved being with them this year for christmas and am excited that my parents are moving back to Elk Ridge, although I will really miss being able to visit them in beautiful Arizona!!
By the time we got back to St. George I had a horible cold so we didn't really get to ring in the New year the way i'd hoped. I didn't want to do anything but sleep. But that's really boring for Jeremy so I toughened up and we went to our friends house to play board games for a few hours. I had to work the next morning (new years day) at 6 am so we went to bed at 10...I guess you can say we celebrated new years with the East Coast. haha. Well I did set New Years resolutions but I really haven't been motivated at all to start them.... I mean technically they do start on Jan. 1st but maybe I'll start mine on the first day of school so I can suffer everything all together....haha. School starts this coming up Monday and I will officially have no life other than school and work. I am definately excited to start the Radiology program though.... it makes such a difference going to school knowing you're going to learn something you actually want to learn instead of just pre-requisites. Jeremy is going to school full time and working full time as well so he is going to have alot on his plate too! Other than that this has been mostly what has been going on in our lives! Sorry if it's boring... It seems like everyone else is buying houses and having babies haha! Don't plan on that from us for a while! ;) Only 6 semesters to go! :S

Thanksgiving

Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!! I hope everyone has a great thanksgiving.... I am so grateful for my hubby, family, and friends! While all of you are enjoying your day off I am going to be working in the Emergency Room watching people that couldn't deep fry their turkey right or wasn't so safe with the turkey carver. :) Then I get to head over to Jeremy's grandparents and have turkey myself! So in the spirit of this holiday.... please don't stuff yourself so full you have to come to the ER with abdonminal pain! :) haha Have a good day everyone!

November.... next up December.... then comes January!!

I love this time of year. Honestly it reminds me of so many family traditions that have kept me going throughout my life. It wasn't until I moved away from home and got married when I actually started to appreciate those times. Times where we woke up early to Alabama Christmas playing in the background, and my mom and dad cooking us breakfast downstairs. Or in November when we would come home from school to the smell of fresh Pumpkin Chocolate chip bread.... :) The memories I treasure the most are those with my family. Jeremy and I are so blessed to have the family that we do and I am so glad that we get to go to Payson next week to see them. Including my neice and nephews Brooklyn, Ryker and Luke whom we adore and they love us just as much... well at least I hope! :)
Life really couldn't get any better right now... Jeremy and I have great jobs, we both are doing really well in school, and the holidays are coming up. I was able to go to my Radiology Program Orientation today and it literally made me so stinking excited for January to come. I know what you're thinking... You're excited to start school? And yes I may be crazy but I am wayyyy excited! I get to actually learn something that I will be using throughout my life and something that interests me. Plus, I'll just be one step closer to being done with school and starting a family of my own. A family I can start traditions with or continue ones that my family did. Jeremy is so cute with my neice and nephews and I know he's going to be such a great dad. Just like my dad is too me... I only hope I can be as good of a mom and my mom is. :) But I better stop talking about that now because I can't even think about getting pregnant until after school.... haha! The program is pretty strenuous and I hope I will be able to make it out sane! But as my dad always says, "Take one day at a time." :) Starting January 11th I will have school Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Clinicals on Tuesdays and Thursdays and of course working part time on nights and weekends in between there somewhere. Not to mention my study time too!! Phew... tough work!! Jeremy willl be going to school full time and working full time which leaves almost zero time to see each other. So I hope he knows how grateful I am for him and how much I love him. :) Because of all of this craziness soon to be coming into our lives Jeremy and I took a week and a half of work at Christmas time to be up in Utah County with familly, and I cannot wait! :) Until then we will be working and going to school and enjoying Thanksgiving with Jeremy's family! :)
I wil post pictures of our trip to Payson next week when we get back! I can't wait to see the fam!

Thriller

Jeremy and I went to Thriller last night and it was so much fun.... besides the fact that it was FREEZING, it was fun!! :) Our friends Jake and Karly came with us which was good because we never get to see them!! :) I love watching them dance, it makes me wish that I would've tried harder to be a better dancer when I was younger so I could still dance today. :) But oh well.... It was still a lot of fun to watch. Jeremy's favorite part was the Jasons and if you've seen thriller you'll know why! :) We have a ward halloween party this Saturday(halloween) and i'm excited because Jeremy and I are on the activities commitee and we are in charge of decorations! :) I've got alot of cute plans and I hope it looks as cute as it does in my head. hahah. Anyways Jeremy is going to be a MAd DocTor and I am going to be his CraZy NuRse. :) What is everyone else doing for your halloween?

P.S. I would love to put pictures up but I don't have a camera... I left it somewhere on the cruise ship and never could find it... So hopefully someday someone will surprise me with one.... :) Maybe Santa will. ;)

California...

Jeremy and I got to go to Oceanside CA with my parents for my little brother Kade's birthday. It was so much fun, and a much needed break for us! The first day we went to Oceanside Beach, went boogie boarding, found a ton of seashells, and Jeremy even found me a sand dollar! :) We got to relax alot which was so so so nice, but we also went to LEGOLAND and SEAWORLD! We had never been to Sea World and we loved it!! I wish Shamu lived with me he is so cool!! :) Anyways I will post some pics later. I Just wanted to update on the fun we've been having. I have to enjoy this extra time I have until January...then my life is pretty much over with for 2 years of school and work and hardly any days off!
